Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options offered through our payment providers.

7. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when the order is delivered.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Dermachoice currently delivers across Pakistan through available courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Dermachoice accepts eligible return requests within 14 days of receiving an order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, products must be approved for return and remain unopened, unused, untested, and in their original condition and packaging.

Opened, used, tested, or applied skincare and cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund.

COD orders: Approved refunds will be transferred to the bank account or mobile wallet account provided by the customer.

Online payments: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

From time to time, Dermachoice may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, bundles, or special offers.
