Shipping Policy

At Dermachoice, we aim to deliver your skincare and cosmetic products safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our delivery areas, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times within Pakistan.

1. Delivery Across Pakistan

Dermachoice currently delivers orders across Pakistan, including major cities and other serviceable areas covered by our courier partners.

2. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect address information, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of PKR 250 applies to orders delivered anywhere in Pakistan, subject to the availability of courier service in the delivery area.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another available communication method, depending on the courier service used.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name, phone number, city, area, and any other information required for successful delivery.

Dermachoice is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery

If a courier is unable to deliver an order because the customer is unavailable, the provided address is incorrect, the customer refuses the shipment, or the courier cannot reach the recipient, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.

8. Damaged Packages

Customers are advised to check the package upon delivery. If the package appears seriously damaged or tampered with, please contact Dermachoice as soon as possible and provide photographs or other relevant evidence.
