All prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). For online payments, the full order amount is charged at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

By choosing Cash on Delivery, you agree to:
  • Pay the exact order amount at the time of delivery.
  • Be available at the provided delivery address during the delivery timeframe.
  • Accept that refusal to pay may result in order cancellation and future order restrictions.

3. Online Payment Processing

Payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay are processed securely through our authorized payment service providers. dermachoice does not store or have access to your card or wallet details.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email or message containing your order details. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support@dermachoice.shop.

To prevent fake or fraudulent orders, we may contact you via phone or email to verify your order before dispatch.

6. Payment Issues

If payment is not completed successfully:
  • The order may be cancelled or delayed.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) may still apply.
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in account restrictions.

7. Fraud Prevention

dermachoice reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, including repeated COD refusals, chargeback abuse, or false delivery information.
