Delivery, Payments & Shipping
Orders will be shipped to the address provided. Delivery within the UAE is 2–5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery charges will be calculated automatically at checkout. You must provide valid government ID and sign upon delivery. Products may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, and fees for international shipping. Non-payment of customs charges is your responsibility.
Free Gifts
Orders meeting promotional criteria may be eligible for a free gift, subject to stock availability. Gifts are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Defective items may be eligible for exchange or refund within 3 days of delivery. Promotional and free gift items are non-refundable unless defective. Pricing errors may result in order cancellation. Exchange requests for non-defective items incur a pickup fee and must be in original packaging.
