You may request a return within 14 days after delivery of your order.


2. Eligible Return Conditions

Items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Original packaging intact
  • No damage caused by customer use
  • All accessories included

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and clear photos
  • Return shipping will be free of charge
  • You may choose replacement or full refund

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it:

  • Dermachoice is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund approval is confirmed by email

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
