This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders delivered in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait.

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery of your order.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Items must meet all of the following requirements:
- Unused and unopened
- Original packaging intact
- No damage caused by customer use
- All accessories included
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order number and clear photos
- Return shipping will be free of charge
- You may choose replacement or full refund
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it:
- Dermachoice is responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund approval is confirmed by email

- Opened or used skincare products
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
