  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
  • Handling time: 0–1 business days.
  • Business days: Monday to Saturday.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse delivery and notify our customer support team immediately for replacement or re-delivery instructions. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Item Not Received

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact the courier first for investigation. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@dermachoice.shop.
